Refund policy

We accept returns for faulty or incorrect items in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 

Due to the custom nature of personalised apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, spelling errors approved by the customer, or custom-made products unless the item is faulty.
